According to an arrest affidavit, the alleged victim, a 14-year-old girl, told authorities she was asleep during the flight when she felt the accused passenger touching her leg. The suspect, identified as Brandon Starr, allegedly continued moving his hand further up her leg as she pretended to remain asleep out of fear.
