India: Emirates, the world’s largest airline, is looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join its cabin crew team. With the promise of a rewarding profession, competitive perks, and the possibility to travel the world, this is your chance to fly to new heights.

  • Age: At least 21 years
  • Height: Minimum 160 cm and may reach 212 cm on tiptoes
  • Education: High school (Grade 12) diploma or equivalent
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are advantageous
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of doing physically demanding tasks while working long hours
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform (concealing tattoos with cosmetics is prohibited)
  • Visa Eligibility: Must fulfill the UAE visa criteria
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is necessary
  • Team Player: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a multicultural team
  • Positive Personality: A pleasant and energetic disposition coupled with cultural sensitivity

Emirates has scheduled invite-only recruiting events in many major Indian cities. Candidates must apply online before being invited to attend.

    Selected applicants complete 7.5 weeks of rigorous training at Emirates’ cutting-edge facilities in Dubai. The training includes:

    1. Induction Experience (3 Days)

    2. Safety and Emergency Procedures (13 Days)

    3. Group Medical Training (5 Days)

    4. Security Training (2 Days)

    5. Hospitality Experience (2 Days)

    6. Uniform Learning (one day)

    7. Service Learning (14 Days)

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: AED 4,835/month
    • Flying Pay AED 66.30/hour (80–100 hours average per month)
    • Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 10,802 (~USD 2,940)
    •  Meal Allowance: For layovers, credited monthly

        – Furnished shared apartments in Dubai with utilities included

        – Colleagues share common areas; private bedrooms are provided

        – Family visits are allowed twice a year for up to 30 days

    2. Travel Benefits

        – Concessional travel for employees, family, and friends.  

        – One annual leave ticket to the employee’s home country (or any Emirates destination after three years).
