Acting as a focal point for the entire global aviation community, ICAO serves the 193 States adhering to the 1944 Convention on International Civil Aviation. ICAO works with its Members States, industry stakeholders and non-government organizations to foster the growth of a safe, efficient, secure, economically sustainable and environmentally responsible international civil aviation sector.
