Ground Handling course consist of job-oriented subjects such as, Passenger check-in, Baggage control, Ramp services, Catering services, Immigration procedures, Safety and Security at the airport as well as on the aircraft, Cargo services. Ground handling refers to the wide range of services provided to facilitate an aircraft flight or aircraft ground marshalling, repositioning, preparation for and upon conclusion of a flight which will include both customer service and ramp service functions.
