Delhi, December 13, 2024 — DigiLocker will be integrated with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation’s (DGCA) Pariksha Portal from December 16, 2024. The purpose of this update is to make the application process for computer numbers for Flight Crew Examinations easier for candidates.

Through this interface, candidates can now access important documents straight from their DigiLocker accounts, including certificates or mark sheets for Classes X and XII. Without requiring further verification procedures, these documents can be retrieved and then posted to the Pariksha Portal through a simple consent process.

One of the most significant benefits of this connection is that the Board Verification Certificate, which was previously necessary for manually submitted papers, will no longer be required for documents obtained from DigiLocker. This adjustment is designed to streamline the application process, minimize delays, and increase efficiency for flight crew applicants across the country.

Refer to the official DGCA press release for more information

The DGCA advises all candidates to refer to its most recent Flight Crew User Manual to ensure they follow the correct procedure to avoid any issues while applying for computer numbers.
